4-H has a lot to offer youth & their families through its many programs and project areas.
On this webpage, we help you begin your 4-H adventure with Washington County by showing you how to enroll, or re-enroll, in Nebraska 4-H!

How to Enroll

4-H Enrollment is to be complete by June 15, 2021.

4-H enrollment is completed online through Nebraska 4-H Online.
Enrollment for the current year typically opens mid-October.
Please refer to the Enrollment Deadlines page for deadline information.
Listed below are instructions on how to enroll through the system; whether you're enrolling as a youth, volunteer, or leader.

4-H Youth Member Enrollment

  • Youth ages 5-18 (as of January 1 of the current year) may enroll as 4-H Members.
  • Enrollment for 4-H Members in Washington County is $10/individual.
    • This enrollment fee will go towards the Washington County 4-H Program to assist with insurance fees, program support, and much more.

How to Re-Enroll

4-H Members and 4-H Adult Volunteers/Leaders must re-enroll in the Nebraska 4-H Online system every year.
Re-enrollment for the current year typically opens mid-October.
You can also view this information on the State 4-H website: http://4h.unl.edu/enroll

  • 4-H Members must submit $10 enrollment fee with enrollment/re-enrollment every year.
  • 4-H Adult Volunteers/Leaders must re-submit the Volunteer Screening Request based on a district rotation. Washington County 4-H volunteers/leaders must re-submit in 2022.
