If you like the idea of choosing nourishing foods without emptying your wallet, the Nutrition Education Program is for you!
The Nutrition Education Program (NEP) will offer a free 7 week nutrition series starting in August 2018. Topics include nutrition, meal planning, smart shopping, and food safety. Cooking demonstrations, recipe tastings, and hands-on activities help participants apply the topics and meet their goals.
