The CHIME Program for Childcare Providers

The CHIME Program provides education and guidance on how to incorporate mindfulness and reflective practice into your daily routine, teaching and caregiving. 

Engaging in mindfulness and reflective practice has many benefits for health and well-being of both providers and your children - including reduced stress, improved emotion management, better sleep quality, increased focus and attention, and enhanced relationships.

Cost is $10

7 Weekly CHIME Sessions - Mondays, Oct. 14, 21, 28, Nov. 4, 18, 25 and Dec. 2, 2019, 6-7:30 p.m., Nebraska Extension in Gage County, 1115 West Scott, Beatrice, NE
Cost is $75

Register by Sept. 30. Total $85 and 16 DHHS in-service hours if particiapnts in full program.
