- Clover Kids (youth ages 5-7) will need to have their Clover Kid Show Entry Form turned in by June 15th.
- 4-H'ers (youth ages 8-18) must have completed Quality Assurance (small & large animal exhibitors) and/or Horse Level 1 (horse exhibitors) and turn in ENTRY FORMS and ANIMAL IDENTIFICATION FORMS by June 15

This form must be submitted to the office by June 15. Animals are brought onto the fairgrounds the day of the show.
County Fair Entry Form
This form must be submitted to the office by June 15. This form is required in addition to ALL corresponding Animal Indentifcation Forms.
