Achievement Application for Otoe County
The 4-H Achievement Application is an organized submission of what you have learned and accomplished in 4-H this year. When assembled, it can help you track your progress and personal growth. Careful planning and the selection of only the most important information is essential to preparing a neat, complete, and organized application.
Otoe County 4-H members of 4-H age (8+) are eligible to apply for a variety of special county awards, along with state awards.
All Otoe County youth applying for special county awards must use the Otoe County 4-H Achievement Application.

Otoe County Leader of Excellence Nomination
Otoe county 4-H families are invited to nominate a current Otoe County 4-H leader for the Tribute to 4-H Leader Excellence Award.
Otoe County Club Community Pride Application
Otoe County 4-H Clubs are invited to apply for the Club Community Pride Award. This award is an opportunity for clubs to celebrate and share their work within the Otoe County community.

Club Grants
Otoe County 4-H Grants
The Otoe County 4-H Foundation has allocated funding to provide grants to the Otoe County 4-H members and 4-H clubs to strengthen 4-H in Otoe County. The mission of the Otoe County 4-H Foundation is to enhance 4-H programming, secure financial support for local 4-H programs, and to develop area youth for future generations. Successful grants would assist the 4-H Foundation in achieving its mission. Grant requests can be between $50 and $500. Deadlines are October 31st and February 28th each year. 4-H clubs are limited to submitting two grants per year.

Otoe County 4‑H Scholarships
Currently there are three local 4-H college scholarships available for Otoe County 4-H seniors: the Otoe County 4-H Foundation Scholarship, the Miyoshi Family 4-H Leadership Scholarship, and the Roberta Gigstad 4-H Scholarship. Applications and deadline details are available at the Otoe County 4-H Foundation website.
Nebraska 4-H Foundation Scholarships
The Nebraska 4-H Foundation offers 4-H members the opportunity to apply for scholarships and awards up to $22,000 worth of scholarships each year to 4-H’ers from across the state.
