35th Annual Livestock Classic Steer and Heifer Show

The Livestock Classic will be following the same basic schedule as least year. The show will be separated into two days, with the Breeding Heifers showing on Friday, November 29, and the Market Animals on Saturday, November 30. The Specific Schedule is as follows:

- Doors will open at the Ag Complex at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 28.

- Breeding Heifer check-in will be from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 28, and 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 29. The show will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Friday with showmanship, with the breed classes to follow.

- Market Animal check-in will be from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. on Friday, November 29, and 7:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 30. The show will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday with showmanship, with the market heifer and steer classes to follow.

Exhibitors must be eligible for 4-H, FFA or Junior Breed Associations in 2020. Substitute Showmen must meet age requirements to show. STALLS ASSIGNED FOR PRE-ENTERED ANIMALS received by 11-25-19. Breeding heifers and market steers must have papers, sale catalog, or bill of sale from previous owner verifying registration status and breed of breeding heifer or steer to show in breed classes. No butt fans allowed in the Ag Complex. Bring your own generators. No ALCOHOL or TOBACCO USE is allowed on the NECC Ag Complex grounds or other college property – Grounds will be patrolled by Madison County Sherriff and/or Nebraska State Patrol!!!

Pre-registration Deadline: November 22, 2019 (Please do not mail after November 22)

Pre-registration Entry Fee: $30/head (make checks payable to NECC Judging Team)

Late Entry Fees: $50/head (Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable)
