Cottage Law Food Safety Training

Nebraska Extension is offering an instructor facilitated, in-person Food Safety Training for all  Cottage Food Producers in North Platte at the West Central Research & Extension Center on  May 13, 2021 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

This training will fulfill the need for the accredited food safety training required in LB 304, part of the Nebraska Pure Food Act.  This course will be specific to Nebraska’s laws and may not reflect laws in other states.
