Franklin County Livestock ID sheets are available below in the forms section of this page. You can complete them online and print or email them to the office. If you prefer, you can pick up paper copies in the office. These are for Franklin County Fair identification purposes only and are required for county fair exhibition.

All beef, sheep, swine and goats that will exhibit at the Franklin County Fair must be identified properly in the Franklin County Extension Office by June 15th of the current year. For convenience, we will accept electronic or hardcopy versions of most affidavits. Complete the form with the required information, type your name on the signature line if sending via email. If you prefer to print the ID sheet, we will also accept it in hardcopy form. Contact the office if you have questions.
