Achievement Application

Now that the fair is over, it’s time to begin thinking about Achievement Applications. The Nebraska 4-H Achievement Application is a standard application form used for the selection of county and state award winners, including Nebraska delegates to National 4-H Congress and National 4-H Conference, as well as Nebraska 4-H Foundation scholarship award recipients. 

County-Level Application

To apply for county-level awards and recognition, submit a complete application to the Fillmore County Extension office by Dec. 1st. For more information about the different awards you can apply for look at the Award Application Information Sheet. The Fillmore County Award Application should be printed, filled out and included with your application when you turn it in.  Please contact us for questions or for more information.

State-Level Application

Only Senior Achievement Applications (ages 15-18) are accepted for state-level awards and recognition.  4-H members ages 15-18 as of December 31 of the current year are eligible to participate in the state-level awards application process regardless of the delivery mode in which they participated.

Clover Kid Record Books

Clover Kids are also encouraged to complete a record book to get used to filling out this type of application. Join the fun and fill out a Clover Kid Record Book, youth will be recongnized at our county awards night!
