Extension Education Focus

Dr. Jody Green's primary focus is developing educational programs related to structural and health-related insects such as bedbugs, head lice, ants, termites, cockroaches, fleas and the bugs people love to hate. Her goals are to help people prevent and manage pests in and around homes, minimize unnecessary pesticide use, and encourage conservation for beneficial insects. Jody has been a panelist on Backyard Farmer for the three seasons, and is consulted regularly for entomology-related articles in popular and local media.
