If a different room set up is needed, the group is responsible for moving tables and chairs. The tables and chairs must be returned to the original set up.

TERMS OF ROOM USE
  • FEES:
    • No room use fee; contributions area accepted.
  • ROOM AVAILABILITY:
    • Reservations may only be made between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    • There are no kitchen amenities available.
  • ALLOWED-PROHIBITED:
    • Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
    • Smoking is prohibited.
    • No pets allowed. Except for service animals.
  • ROOM SET UP & CLEANING EXPECTATIONS:
    • Guest must:
      • Clean up all trash, spills, and crumbs from tabletops, chairs and floors.
      • Return tables and chairs to original room set up.
      • Dispose of all trash in outside dumpster.
