Career Portfolio & Record Book - Due November 1, 2017

Dodge County's Career Portfolio program is an opportunity for 4-H members to submit a record of their involvement in not only 4-H, but in their schools and communities as well. By participating in this program, youth are able to keep record of their involvement from year to year. There are opportunities to compete at a county level and go on to compete at state, as well as national. All clover kids and 4-Hers are eligible to complete a career portfolio. More Information Here

Diamond Clover - Due November 1, 2017

The Nebraska 4-H Diamond Clover program encourages 4-H youth to engage in a variety of projects and activities that will enable members to acquire the life skills necessary to lead successful lives as a competent, caring, and contributing citizen. The program's overall goal is to provide 4-H members a rich and diverse learning experience. The Nebraska 4-H Diamond Clover Program is designed for all ages of 4-H members.

The program consists of six levels that require a 4-H member to plan and report a broad range of age-appropriate accomplishments. The program is designed to enable every 4-H member willing to exert the effort an opportunity to be recognized, regardless of how they are involved in 4-H. More Information Here

Dodge County 4-H Ambassador Program - Due November 1, 2017
The role of a Dodge County 4-H Ambassador is demanding and requires older 4-H youth (4-H age 16-18) who are dedicated, mature, dependable and interested in the purpose of the 4-H Ambassador program. The program is a one year commitment from January thru December with an opportunity to re-apply annually if eligible. Up to Four 4-H Ambassadors will be selected annually. Ambassadors will be advocates, role models, and teachers in the Dodge County 4-H Program. More information Here.

Scholarships

Dodge County Foundation College Scholarship

  • Applicant must be a senior in high school
  • plan to attend a 2 or 4 year college
  • award is based on 4-H record and not on High School grades
  • Presently a member of 4-H in Dodge County
  • Complete application ans submit completed "4-H Career Portfolio"
  • Due by 4:30 on November 1, 2017

Career Portfolio Camp/Workshop Scholarship Application

  • Dodge County 4-H member who are between 8-18 may apply for camp/workshop scholarship for the 2018 4-H year.
  • Youth are ask to submit the completed application and submit completed "4-H Career Portfolio"
  • Due by 4:30 on November 1, 2017

Martha and Don Romeo Scholarship

  • Have exhibited his/her 4-H projects in a County or the State Fair within the last 4 years.
  • Hold a 2.5 high school grade point average.
  • Have demonstrated support for his/her school and community.
