If you are new to the Clay County 4-H Program, it can be over whelming for both you and your child.  We want your first years in 4-H to be a positive and fun learning experience.   The Clay County Leadership in Action 4-H Club is here to help you!!  These 4-H Junior Leaders are creating a 4-H Mentor program.   This program allows our new families to have a 4-H Mentor they can reach out to if they have questions or need help with a project.  Each family will be assigned one junior leader who they correspond with through out the year.  These Junior leaders are here to help you gain confidence through out your 4-H journey.  Please fill out the form below to sign-up for the program.  This is open to all families who have joined 4-H wit

Private Applicator Training for producers who apply presticides on their own farm.  May attend any of these locations or may also attend a Crop Production Clinics.  Please RSVP to the local Extension Office.

Nav Ghimire is appointed as Associate Dean of Nebraska Extension

Nav Ghimire has been appointed as the associate dean, Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) focus of Nebraska Extension at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources, pending approval by the NU Board of Regents. He will start in June 2024.

Soil Health Gap project setting up baselines and schools for ag producers
