All 4-H Clubs and councils are required to submit an Year End Treasurers Report. This report is due to the Cass County Extension Office on or before January 31 of each year. This report will be kept on file and is required by the IRS for clubs that have an EIN and file under our subordinate list. Filing the form is necessary to maintain an organization's tax-exempt status. Clubs/Councils who do not turn in a report will receive a letter from the State Program Leader and will have their right to have money in the name of 4-H taken away.
After completition, please bring the Year End Treasurers Report to the Nebraska Extension Cass County office at 8400 144th Street, Weeping Water, NE 68463 or email a completed copy to cass-county@unl.edu.
