Registered Livestock ID Reminder:  All registered breeding animals (Beef, sheep and swine) will need registration papers in addition to their ID sheet turned in on June 15th.

  • Exception: If an animal is registered but the registration papers have not yet been turned over to the exhibitor/family, you may turn in a pending certificate or write “pending” on your ID sheet. We will check these at county fair.  If the registration is not complete at that time, that animal will show as a commercial.
  • Registered purebred swine entries will need to show registration papers at ID check-in when unloading at the Fairgrounds. If that animal’s papers are not compliant, it will show as a commercial. If the exhibitor has 4 swine and the purebred animals’ papers are not compliant, 1 swine entry will be sent home as that exhibitor is not eligible in the purebred classes and are only allowed 3 entries.

State Fair notice:
All swine designated for State Fair will need an EID tag, ear notches, and DNA pulled.
