National Volunteer Week Youth Service Grants - ServeNebraska, the Nebraska Volunteer Service Commission is offering funding to organizations, schools, programs and institutions to develop, coordinate and implement small projects to engage Nebraska youth in volunteer during the National Volunteer Week (April 21-27, 2024).  Deadline to apply is February 13, 2024.  Projects should aim to engage youth in a way that links service with intentional learning goals.  Strong applications will have the following characteristics:  Be youth led, have an impact on youth participants & community served, foster community partnerships, mobilize volunteers, engage diverse community members, involve media & public officials and/or inspire & sustain a commitment to service.  Find out more at https://serve.nebraska.gov/volunteer-week/.
