Learning to use parliamentary procedure is an important part of a club meeting.
Parliamentary Procedure Trail Mix is a fun activity for members to practice making motions, seconding them, and voting. When completed, there will be refreshments for the club.

4-H Club Officer Guides can help members learn their responsibilities, prepare for their leadership roles and make club meetings fun and interesting for all members. You can also stop by the Buffalo County Extension for copies of the guides.
4-H Club 101

A 4‑H Club is an organized group of at least five youth from three different families who meet regularly with adult volunteers or 4‑H staff for a long-term, progressive series of educational experiences. The purpose of a 4‑H club is to provide positive youth development and foster educational opportunities to meet the needs of young people.

CLOVER by 4-H provides online, interactive activities for youth, ages 5-18 years old and is designed to be as fun as it is educational. There are more than 190 activities that provide impactful learning experiences from a collaboration of more than 100 universities across the U.S.
