MAKING EVERY MINUTE COUNT

Tips to Making Every Minute Count

Make a "To Do" List -- List jobs that need to be done. Decide what is the most important and do it first.

Learn to Delegate -- Ask others to help you with jobs. Communicate what needs to be done.

Use High Energy Time -- When is your energy level highest? Use this time for the hardest jobs.

Learn to Say No! -- This may be hard to do. Here are some questions to help in deciding when to say no:

- How much time will the job take?

- How important is it?

- What happens if I say no?

- Who else can do the job?

Don't feel guilty about saying "NO."
Learn to Plan -- Decide what needs to be done. Group similar activities together. Break large jobs down into smaller parts that may take a few minutes.

It is important to have a balance in life. There must be time for work, family and self. Make every minute count.
