Welcome to Scotts Bluff County 4-H
Are you new to 4-H? The Extension Office would love to send you a welcome packet - just call: 308-632-1480, email: firstname.lastname@example.org or stop by the office located in the Panhandle Research & Extension Center. The Welcome Packet will give you all the information you need to get started with a list of clubs and leader contact information. We encourage you to join a club, however the state of Nebraska does allow independent membership. Enrollment is fast, easy and can be done in the convenience of your home online at: ne.4honline.com.

The Nebraska 4-H on-line Pick-A Project web page helps youth, parents, and leaders select projects. It identifies project areas, career choices and exhibits and includes related, additional curricula resources. The 2017 Project Resource Central Publication (pdf) lists project resources (printed manuals, CD, DVD, or online) available for Nebraska 4-H members, families, and volunteers.
Hello 4-H Families! As we embark on a new 4-H programming year, we are excited to continue using the 4-H Online enrollment system. All 4-H families will enroll in clubs and projects through 4HOnline at ne.4honline.com .
If you are a returning member, go to ne.4honline.com. Choose "I have a profile" and log in with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, choose "I forgot my password" and the system will send you an email to reset your password. Once logged in as a family, you can update and add members and member information along with projects and clubs. Remember from last year that the system can record LOTS of information, but not all is required. Required fields are marked with red asterisk. If you are new to 4-H, you will need to create a new family account and profiles for each 4-H member at ne.4honline.com to participate in the 2017 program year.
4HOnline is a web-based enrollment system that will allow families to enroll in 4-H on your personal computer or mobile device. If you do not have internet access at home, feel free to stop by the Nebraska Extension office and use our computers. You'll be able to complete all of the information necessary to join 4-H online, including 4-H code of conduct forms and health forms. There will be no paper forms to submit for enrollment.
Members may enroll at any time during the year, but to be eligible for County Fair and State Contests these enrollment deadlines need to be met:
Re-Enrollment - If you were enrolled in 4-H in 2016, enroll online and pay the $5 fee to the Extension Office by February 1. You may have until May 1 to add or drop 4-H projects for County Fair.
New Enrollment - Youth who are joining 4-H for the first time are encouraged to enroll online and pay the $5 as soon as possible and no later than May 1 to be eligible for County Fair.
