Buffalo County Shooting Sports

Archery will meet at the Fort Kearny Shooting Association (FKSA) Ranges on Sunday afternoons starting April 2nd and will continue for a couple of months.  Bows, arrows and targets are supplied.  Youth may use your own bow but it must be inspected for safety and approved for use by the instructors.  Contact Bryan Royle (308-240-1404) with questions.

Shotgun will meet Tuesday or Thursday evenings starting in April and will continue for a couple of months at the FKSA trap range.   Also available will be shooting at the Minden Gun Club on Saturday mornings during the same time frame.  Participants will supply their shotgun, shells, eye and hearing protection, and a shell bag or vest.  We have some shotguns for youth to use but it is limited.   There is a charge of 15 cents a rock at FKSSA and $.10 at Minden.  Over 8 weeks, 2 rounds a night, this comes to about $60.00 and $40.00 respectively.  Contact Kevin Taylor (308-627-7686) or Tom Rayburn (308-440-7189) with questions.
